elcome to the UCLA On-Line Financial System Reports. This Web Reporting System was developed to provide accurate and timely financial information to users. It is supported centrally as official book of record information developed jointly by Corporate Financial Services and Administrative Information Services. The suite of available reports from the Campus's general ledger has been expanded to include reports from subsidiary systems which feed financial information to the general ledger.

Previously released reports have enabled campus users to instantly access much of the traditional report information such as general ledger balances and transactions, hierarchy information, recharge and open commitment information in an up-to-date manner based upon selected criteria. Information previously released through OFSR has also been easily translated to excel formats for further analysis purposes by the end user.

Once again, Corporate Financial Services and AIS are releasing additional reports to enable users to more fully analyze the performance of their units, identify overspending, analyze budgetary transactions and view accounting transactions in their entirety. These additional reports serve to significantly enhance existing reports, and when used in combination with those existing reports, provide powerful research and analytical tools to OFSR users to enable even more informed management decisions. The third formal release of the On-Line Financial System Reports is now available.
